Default Can You ID This Vehicle?

Here's a photo of my Father-in-Law's car back around 1940. Can someone ID it for me? Is it a Plymouth?

I think that is a '33 Plymouth PC. The hood looks like a '33 PC hood I sold a number of years back. I know there was a PC and a PD, but don't know the differences.

Found these pix of '33 Dodge DP. Looks close, but no banana? Dual wipers, grill is kind of curved like a '33 Ford, etc.

Pretty sure it's a 1932-33 Plymouth PB as in this picture:

Well, that looks like the winner! I found the registration he had for this car. (Just can't get to it right now) Did those have a 6 or 8 cylinder engine? How did they compare to the Fords of the time?

OK, well I just found the registration for this car. It was for 1940, and is a Massachusetts registration. Odd thing is back then it didn't list the year of the car. It states the following, Make-Plymouth, Type-Sedan, Engine Number-PB-32846, Makers Number-1708994.
So Plymouth didn't use the serial number on the engine?
What does PB represent? He had several Plymouth's from 1938-1944. One was a P4, and another was a P2.
Are there Plymouth owners here???

How many are around today should answer that.

It is a 1932 PB Fordor. The 1932 PA had regular doors. The PB had suicide doors.

I own a 1938 Plymouth P6 Coupe. I just joined, didn't see an "introduction" section, so if there is one, let me know. P2 was a 1936, P4 was a 1937, & I believe PB was 1932. For more information on early Plymouth's or MoPars for that matter, check out this site:http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/

Here's a pic of my '38:
