Does anyone have a part number for a front brake hose 19" long?

I would think " '40 front" on an old FORD forum would make that fairly clear. The real question might be.......Why so long? 15-3/4" is normal length. DD

The # is for stock FC7600 15 9/32 long Front
You could try FC4774 18 13/32
Same thread.
The mounting hole must have been changed.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I am putting '40 brakes on my '32. The hole in the frame is drilled just behind the stock shock, this makes a stretch for a 16 7/8" hose. No room for suspension flex, that's why I am thinking 19" will work good.

On my A V8, I used the hoses listed for (Cannot remember what year) trucks, they're a lot longer. I believe I bought them from Mac's... A WHILE ago.

I had a similar hose length problem. I found that searching NAPAs online cat will give you a hose that will work. It may take some time searching thru the many options but you find one that will work. Here is an example

I'll look for the part# I used in the morning.

Another option is to have them made--the local hydraulic hose place here can make brake hoses ---any length up to what's on the roll in one piece

Go to your local Napa store. Have the counterman get out the brake hose buyers guide. In this catalog you will find descriptions of all the hoses that Napa lists, by length, type of fittings and any mounting brackets.
