After the small screws in the upper corners are removed, the upper frame slides out of the side up rights. You may need some penetrating oil, and possibly tap the upper from the sides.

lay the windshield face down. take a small block of wood lay it on the glass up against the upper header in the corner . now take a hammer and slide it a crossed the glass hitting the block of wood, when the upper header starts to move, move the block of wood to the other upper corner and do it again. do NOT beat on the upper header with the hammer, it will damage it.

Re: removing windshield glass from frame (Tudor)?
The glass pack holds the glass into the channel, the easiest way I've found of getting the frame off of the glass is to soak around the edge of the glass to the frame with lacquer thinners for two or three days and then use a plastic or fibre block and a hammer and tap the frame off of the glass. Sometimes if it's really stuck you have to run a razor knife around the edge to break the bond.
