Marvel carbp
Do marvel carburetors have the marvel name on them, or just a number? If just a number what is the number?
Thanks Dick |

I believe that just as the 19th century was about to end and the 20 century to begin, a journalist asked the head of the Patents Office what he thought might be invented in the next one hundred years. He said that he thought his office would be quiet because pretty much everything that could be invented has already been invented!!! If only he knew.

Re: Marvel carbp
I do like the Marvel carburetor, the only issue with rebuilding is the jet inside. They are always stuck and sometimes have to be drilled out. I have found a easy solution. Heat the jet up ( heat gun) and put a dab of Lard on it. Jet has come out every time I've used this method.

Re: Marvel carbp
Good to know Wick. I soaked the jet with Kroil before shipping off the spare carb to Gary. Hopefully that will make it easier for him.
