Default tail light bulbs in 1950 F1

Got the wiring pretty much done thanks to You Guys. Turn signals all working good. had to ground the tail lights to the frame good. My question is that the tail lights still seem very dim. My brake and turn signals are hooked up to the larger filament. tail lights hooked to the small one. Is that the right way to hook up?? Thanks Again Fordbarners!

Try the extra bright bulbs (compared to standard bulbs). They notably improved the brightness of my '47 tail's. Believe you can get them in 6 volt.

I also changed my "blue dot" lenses back to standard lenses. Another improvement is to paint the interior of your light housing glossy white.
