Seat belt mounting
Are the stock mounting points for hand straps in a Tudor strong enough to be used for mounting seat belt shoulder straps?

No way are those screws strong enough to withstand the "g" forces of a crash. Attach the seat belts to the body-to-frame bolts.

The rear of the door opening ( B pillar?) No! Wood inside bent sheet metal, when I was putting my car back together I looked at this area for shoulder belt mounts.
