Default Frozen clutch disc

I need to free up a clutch that sat for a year without being depressed. I took off the cover and greased the throw out bearing. Bearing moves back and forth but Clutch disc does not disengage. Suggestions?
Thank you
Jon

Jack up the rear of car. Put car in gear and start the car. Push clutch peddle in and then press your brakes.

Good luck.

I unfroze a clutch on a car that sat in a field for 5 years. I did as WHN said. Use high gear as the brakes will have a greater effect and it will be less strain on the transmission and rear end.
