'54 Ranch Wagon Window Channel
When I gutted my '54 Ranch Wagon in prep to go to the body shop I thought I labelled everything. But I have this channel - only one. The other is MIA. I think it goes with the front of the rear slider. If so there should be 2. The wagon is in the shop so I can't confirm my suspicions at the moment. Can any one confirm if this is for the front of the rear slider? Hopefully the mate to it is still on the car. If it isn't not sure how I'll come up with a replacement. Thanks.

Re: '54 Ranch Wagon Window Channel
If you did indeed lose it, you can use the one you have as a pattern to make a new one for the other side. You might be able to get galvanized metal strips at the hardware store (try to get same gage thickness). Would need a sheet-metal bending brake and metal cutting blade for your jigsaw. Could make hangar bracket cut out of same gage metal and mig-weld it to the channel. Fuzzy windlace can be purchased from most repro parts suppliers.

Thanks. The window channel itself should be obtainable. As for the bracket itself I may have to fab a duplicate as suggested. If so I should be able to stumble through it with only a few choice words.

Re: '54 Ranch Wagon Window Channel
I can't say if it's front or rear, but I'd guess rear as on my 55 I recall the front one being a big longer and riveted to the inside of the door.
For replacement, several years ago I picked up a kit, channels and all from this place, they had a pretty extensive selection of the window hardware. https://www.earlyford.com/
