Default Radiator paint '41 Ford

I know that the radiator itself is painted in flat black.
What about the brackets, springs etc.? The bolts will all be new.

Eastwood (800/345-11780 www.eastwood.co makes radiator paint and underhood black. Regular paint should not be used on the radiator because it interferes with heat conduction.

superreal, my radiator is new and came from Brassworks. They say the flat black it is painted is specifically for radiators. My question is about the brackets that hold it in as well as the small springs. Thanks.
