any one have, or heard about, a capital R followed buy the assy number, on any cars 28-29-30..cause richmond calif,started using the R in 31..so who used R in 28-29-30..???...my number was found on the body sill,cross member, just in front of the front seats,in the area of the pedels..also, my firewall date is 9-27-28..so..who assembled cars and used R....??..thank you..charles..
