Default 1954 FORD F-1 Power Steering Conversion Question

Is there a kit to convert the manual steering in a 1954 F1 Ford pick up to power steering or electric steering? It's an original 292 Y-block manual shift. Here's photos of the truck. It's my brother's truck and an arm injury makes steering a bit rigorous.

Go to CPP.org

Mid-Fifty F-100 parts-- use their Toyota set-up-- look at their web site go under 53-56 Ford F-100-- put in search power steering

Saturn Vue electric power steering into a '54 Ford 2-dr sedan, basically the same for under $200.
