1940 car/pickup park light bulb terminal

Looking for the bulb housing with the spring on the outside and inside intact for a 1940 car/pickup or 1941 pickup. It's the one that twists into the top of the bucket to light up the park lens. I have one and need another complete unit, I can buy the headlight bucket wiring that comes with one..but I don't need the rest of the wiring. I have just the housing on the other side and I'm looking to fix it or replace it.
