Default 8N tractor conversion, what is required?

I have a business associate that is looking to put a V8 in his 1952 tractor. I’ve never done this so I don’t know what direction to point him in. Which year is best for this? And what parts are needed?
Thank you!

I googled Ford Flathead V8, and then, came upon a nice example, titled:

Hot Rod Tractor Ford 8N with a flathead V8. youtube

The fellow gives a nice general description of the parts and modifications involved.
