There is a bizarre looking timing fixture on E-Pay that I am sure some of you may find interesting..item# 390720803125. I know absolutely nothing about it or the person selling it....I am not even sure what it does.....Matt in Alameda

Hey Matt, that's a cool looking tool! I've never seen one up close, but for seat of the pants timing, pretty darn good Check all the pictures and use the zoom, instructions on the face. Like to see you at the Xmas party tomorrow, but down with a bad cold. Merry Christmas!

Interesting. It's like a cheaper but reduced functionality version of the more commonly seen ones. It relies on just setting the points to a gap rather than using the tool to dictate the points gap by setting to a dwell. It appears to only be set up for the 3 bolt distributors which limits it's appeal.
