Default Roll Pin/Spring Pin

Is there a guide to use when using roll pins(Ace calls them Spring Pins) in determining undersize hole to be drilled.
Example: I have a 1/8 inch roll pin, what diameter should hole be drilled to insure good tension on the pin?

measure your pin. Usually, the pin size is the nominal drill size......the pin is actually larger than that size. Thus, a 1/8 roll pin takes a 1/8 dia hole and the pin is really larger.

I have a chart somewhere, but I think I found it on line.
Just do a search for roll pin drill size.
