Unusual Head on 1932 Ford 4 Cylinder B Motor
Unusual Head on 1932 Ford 4 Cylinder B Motor. Where does the Water Pump go? Has anyone got any ideas how this would work? All comments appreciated. |

Another unusual feature of this B Motor is the Cog on the end of the Crankshaft? What is it for? Please help. |

Had a marinised T engine that had a chain drive to crank start it.

If it was a marine conversion that might account for the lack of a water pump, but, that said - aluminium head wouldn't last long in a boat I guess. I've just stripped an industrial B engine that was attached to a Thorneycroft pump. That pulled the through the block so had no water pump, just a flange with a threaded boss on it.
