Default New Engine

Hey guys, just brought home a new engine, Engine # *AA1115++* May 28 engine, paid $200, for engine tranny, and daul high, has a zenith 2 carb on it, ford script head, and a few other features
will get pictures

A small junk yard in N.W. Iowa, had?? I think No.200, or 2 something. I could have bought his Grandma, but not that motor.

yea new to mE!! finaly made my score, i will get some pictures tommorow

i have some early truck parts, "brake shafts, bearings, and some stuff that came with a truck or car, too, maybe will trade for a Holly carb

hope i did not upset to many people

FELLAS!! GOT A PROBLEM!!! got the head off, and cylinder 1 had a mouse nest in it, with a lot of bright orange rust in it, and the cylinder wall was pitted, cylinder 4 had a half a piston, WHAT DO IT DO!!??

Not a big problem, but a little more costly than your purchase price. Will most likely require some machine work of some sort.

it has a crack on both sides of the water inlet, i am just going to get it pinned and welded, for the cylinder, i think i have settled on boring and a cylinder sleve
