Default 27 door latch assembly

I just picked up a 27 phaeton body (or parts of one, as the cowl and front doors are rust free, can't say the same about the rest) and its missing one of the front door latch mechanisms. Can some one tell me which years are interchangeable with the 27?

thanks

26 & 27 are the same; a rear latch will fit the front on the same side. Snyder's have them new, US made for $25.

If you happen to have a very late '27 door, the latch is different. It will look like the '28 Model-A latch, with a Model-T handle.

The 1926-27 T Touring car bodies have so many differances, changes, upgrades that a small book could be writen on the topic. Early 26 bodies and a late 27's from 20 feet look the same, but up close are totally different from a restoration/show car standpoint. Bob
