Default Paint colors

I haven't seen the MAFCA paint charts, so am guilty of not knowing what I am missing. What I would like, if it exists, are good photos of cars with paint colors named. I have seen recent threads which concentrate on Lombard blue, straw wheels, etc, but it would take more patience than I can muster to search all old threads for photos of cars in all colors . Any suggestions?

You’re guilty for sure. Pictures are very deceiving in that each device making the pic can have hue adjustments/variations as does the viewing device. Therefore not true and each viewing can vary…sometimes greatly.
By far the best suggestion(imho) is to buy the new paint guide. Which makes me guilty also as I don’t yet have the new one…just the old ones. The new one is supposed to have bigger chips.

You can play with some colors on Marco's site.

Excellent suggestion! Even if the colors are not exact, it is good to see what is dark, light, too dark, too light, etc.
