Default Frame rail/radiator mount ID

Can anyone ID these frame rail end pieces.

There are only a small section of the front rails present, no front crossmember, etc and sort of attached to some off topic stuff.

They are similar to my '47 frame other than the radiator(?) mounts and are not look like '40 and earlier passenger frames.

Thanks
