Default '38 Steering Column/Pedal Plate

I'm looking for the steering column and pedal plate that fits in the toe pan of a '38 Ford One Ton. Any idea where I might find one? I'm attaching a picture of the toe pan from my truck.

These plates are E-Bay, Fitchburg V8 show flea market or other show items. Don't think anyone makes them. I'm trying to attach a picture of the one that I have from a 39 Ford dump truck. It's a little bent but could be flattened out. Someone correct me if this is not what revenski is looking for.

I do have that filler plate. While it does seem to fit, it doesn't do a really good job of covering all of the open spaces. I'm posting some pictures of the toe pan and this plate as they fit into my truck. What about the big hole/ space below the pedals?

Do these have a foam seal that goes around the pedals and steering column like on later models? I didn't see one in a quick search on Macs.

That's what I'm trying to determine. I haven't found any seals that seem to be appropriate. I'm also wondering if I have the correct plate.
