Default 1939 Ford truck fenders

Are the one ton pickup rear fenders the same as the other pickups? I have a bed on mine so it's not like the 1 1/2 ton.

I do not own a one ton, but I would be surprised if the rear fenders for 1/2 ton and 1-ton are the same. The front fenders and filler panels that go under the grill to the fenders are not the same, and I think the running boards are not the same, so the back of the running board may not work with the 1/2 ton rear fender.
Maybe some of the guys with first hand knowledge will chime in. Now that you aksed the question, I am curious as well.

Bttt for the morning crowd. I don't have a picture of my truck with me. It has the wide five wheels like the 1/2 tons vs the budds like most larger trucks. I didn't even know it was a 1 ton until someone told me so. Just thought it was a 1/2 ton with a long bed.

The one ton express pu has far larger rear fenders than the 1/2 ton. They are very hard to find in decent shape. The fronts are indeed the same as the big trucks, and the running boards are longer because of the 122" wheelbase as opposed to the 114". There are quite a few of us tonner guys on Ford Truck Enthusiasts forum if you want vto check in from time to time.

Thanks for the info. I'd found a set of the 1/2 ton but needed to decide today.

They are a good find for someone if they are decent and original. They all get hammered.

you probably have a 3/4 ton 122" wheelbase, 3/4 ton had the wide five wheel and the one ton had the budd wheels.

So if I have a 3/4, what fenders do I want?
