Re: Intakes
The 32 and early 33 fuel pumps mount different. The generator mounts are
also different. But the bolt patterns are the same. G.M.

Re: Intakes
It depends what ELSE you want to bolt to them. In 32, there was a post mounted generator, a 2 bolt Detroit Lubricator carb and a fuel pump that was only used for 32 and in some cases 33 (the tall one). In 33, the generator changed to the front bolt mount - but still had the Detroit Lubricator carb and fuel pump setup from 32. In 34 the carb changed to a Stromberg 48 and the fuel pump changed . . . can't say that I know enough about 35 and 36. The above are GENERALLY correct, there were some early versus late cross-overs on all this stuff.
What year engine are you building and what are you trying to bolt onto it? |

Re: Intakes
That range all swaps...I'm assuming you want a two barrel carb and a fuelpump that costs less than your house!
A minor difference in that range is that there are two heights of the generator mount stud, requiring different belts. If you are swapping out a '32 you have no stud to compare, but you can guesstimate from overall generator height. |

Re: Intakes
i too have some questions on this same topic. i have a 59 block going in a 34 and wish to use a stromberg 97 so the stock carb linkage all goes on, and the crab dizzy. so, the early type manifold with the vacuum port up front would be logical choice. i have two, one iron, one aluminum, no idea what year they are, but is either one a better runner?
