Default For Sale 1933 Fordor Sedan

City: Moores Hill
State: IN

I wanted to make this available to all you folks here on the Ford Barn before anyone else. I hate to part with the old gal but we no longer have the garage space to keep her. Anyone seriously interested can contact me for more pics and info. I have a clear Indiana title on it and am not interested in any trades.

• All steel body 1980s restoration.
• Belgian Mohair interior
• 59ab Ford Flathead power, Offenhauser heads - runs like a top in hot or cold temps.
• Custom cut down small block Ford 6 blade fan.
• New reproduction Firestone white walls
• NOS universal joint
• New distributor, points, condenser, vacuum brake, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, coil, resistor.
• New sediment bowl type fuel pump
• New manufactured Stromberg 97
• Installed hidden CD/Radio in glove box.
Speakers are hidden in all 4 corners of headliner and receiver is inside glove box, powered by DC battery jump starter unit hidden under back seat.
• Installed turn signals which utilize existing cowl and tail light fixtures.
• Installed halogen replacement elements in headlights
• Fabricated and installed new radiator hoses
• Rebuilt and installed Arvin model 80B hot water heater and 180º thermostats. Plenty of heat from this period correct dealer option unit to keep the interior toasty, if you like to drive during the winter.
• Installed Ampco top end lubricator.
works a lot better than adding MMO into gas tank.

Hi, how was the body before restoration? Any rust damage? How was frame, especially where X-member joins rear frame rails, rust in floors? Thanks, Steve

Default Condition?

I didn't do the restoration but I bought it from the second owner who did the work and he is from Hesperia, CA where the car was originally delivered in 1933. The body is all there and no rusted through or leaded in areas are visible anywhere from underneath. The frame is also solid and sound
