Not Impressed With Dream Cruise
I didn't go this year to the big event ,just because in my opinion it has gotten so massive that it takes a hell of alot of patience, and mind prep and having a good running car, A lot more newer cars and not as much of the older flatheads.

It seems like all the shows are going that way.

Re: Not Impressed With Dream Cruise
I went on Friday afternoon and Saturday early evening (to see the burnouts at the north end of the cruise). Friday seemed to be low in attendance, however it was threatening rain all afternoon.
I agree there are too many newer cars there. The whole idea of the event is to celebrate the cruising and racing on Woodward Ave. in the 50's 60's and 70's. About 20% tops of the cars there, represented that era of car. Still a lot of fun. I did see a '32 with a Scott supercharged flathead. Sal |

Re: Not Impressed With Dream Cruise
Getting to be a common thing, I just went to a car show and I had the only flathead there. Which I thought was great, made me feel unique for a bit!
