Default rear fender welt

Hi guys question for y'all. How far dose the welting go on the front of the rear fender? Dose it go all the way to the running board? or only to the splash apron above the running board. Thanks Denis

Rear fender welt goes all the way to the running board and is tucked down in between the lower apron and running board.

I do not know what body style or year you are asking about, but here is how the rear fender welt was done on my original May, 1931 Victoria.
