Drooping door handles
Seems like all four door handles droop down when doors are latched. Seems they all did at same time has anyone had this problem and replaced the springs. They are expensive in all catalogs

Re: Drooping door handles
Do they droop when the door is open?

Re: Drooping door handles
As Brent has said, restoration/replacement of component of the "working" parts may be a solution, vs. new handles.. driver side door on my coupe shows more wear (patina) than the passenger side. Same has been mentioned in cars leaning to the driver side in previous posts. Over time these doors were opened and shut more than we'll ever use them.! kb

Most often the drivers handle is the worse as it’s used more. A restoration of latches requires disassemble and taking care of the wear points. Not easy/not cheap. |
