‘33/‘34 Front Brake Rod Support Bolt
Does anyone have a picture of this bolt, part#23955 S, 1/4”x2” as described in the parts book. I’m looking for 2 of them. Thank you Paul

It is a step bolt which is a carriage bolt with an extra wide head shown below in the lower left corner of the page from a Ford hardware catalog of the period. Likely you can obtain them from Michael Driskell, Third Gen Automotive (35fordtn on this site).

Paul,
They are as David mentions referred to as a step bolt. Not a particularly hard item to find but most you find will have markings on the heads and will likely be zinc plated. We sell them, or you could yourself smooth the head and have them plated |

Re: ‘33/‘34 Front Brake Rod Support Bolt
I think I have some spare original bolts that I had cad plated many years back that you would be welcome to at no charge for the bolts.
Only thing is I am in New Zealand and you would need to cover postage cost. Message me if interested. Graham |
