Default I found this in my Carburetor today

I have been working on my 1929 Model A Tudor for a couple weeks. It's my wifes car and has not run since 1993.

I removed the carburetor, expecting to use the Zenith rebuild kit I purchased for that purpose but, big surprise, it's a Tillotson Model X.

So I started cleaning it, wire brushing all the parts and when I removed the choke plate I saw this on the inside facing surface.

Does anyone know what we are seeing printed on the brass plate?

Is this unusual or common?
