brake adjustment
My left rear brake adjustment wedge will not turn, all others are fine. Any tips?

Has it been moveable before? Try backing it off rather than tightening . Try some penetrant and then moving it back and forth. If you can get some movement you should feel the detent of the actuating wedge shafts a-2042.
You may have to remove the drum and see what’s going on . You will have to remove the e brake plate to get the rear shoes out and assess for removal and repair. Typically they will move with lubricant and a big enough brake wrench . Larry shepard |

release completely the actuation rod. If there is too much tension o the rod, this might also press the plates on the drum and does not allow to release the adjustment.

penetrating oil, ATF, heat and keep tapping straight in from the end with a hammer while trying to turn it.
