Default tube shocks on 39 pkp.

Is there any way to install tube shocks on my truck ,useing my existing perch bolts ,I dont believe I can get them out without destroying something. The ones I got from speedway require removing the old perch bolts, after their tech man told me otherwise. The kit that gearhead sells mounts the shock on the spring shackle ,this would work but at 1,160 is to pricey .ANY IDEAS THANK YOU Sunshine

Chassis Engineering has a kit that attaches the shock to the spring hanger for about $150. It works fine on my car.

Glad to help...One tip; turn your wheels to the extreme position and note the clearance at the spring shackle where the shock will mount. The shackle will install with the shock stud on the lower area or with it on the upper area. My wheel (rim) hit the stud with them in the lower position, so I had to turn them around.
