Default another pat on the back for mac vanpelt

nice, knowledgeable guy, but theres more to it. nearly a year ago i sent a block out to be checked, and machined and balance rotating parts. that guy sat on his ass for 8 months, then i took it some where else and when it came time to balance we found i had the wrong size rod bearings. who made the mistake in ordering is open for debate, but mac took them back. how many vendors would honor the deal a year later? vanpelt sales, look em up if you havent been there yet. best wishes mac, skip

I made a recent purchase from them. First rate service all around. And a sticker!

He and Shelly (Model A Lady and founder of the Ford Barn) are the reason I support them and their family business. And, their parts catalogs are extremely helpful in both seeing how parts are assembled and numbered. I copied their torque settings page for my shop.

I ordered som 48 to 52 F1 front drums from Mac VP the picture was correct the part number was correct OEM ford number.8C-1125, But he sent generic flat faced 3" bronco drums which do not fit our application.
Emailed him twice late November and again early December. But have had no reply as to what's up with the drums not matching the catalog listing. It hard when we live on the other side of the globe.

He has always been great when I have needed parts. He always give first rate information on what you will need and how to get to get the job done.

Shelly sent me a replacement spring for a 60 hp water pump that I rebuilt using there rebuild kit a no charge for the spring or shipping. Wouldn't take my money after I offered to pay for both. They have a long time customer in me. These are the people you love to do business with.
