tire gauge resto
Is it possible to restore a Rex-A-Co tire gauge-if so how does it come apart? I have one that has a face and the plastic is yellowed and the needle has some corrosion on it. Also, is it possible to clean up the plastic?

Re: tire gauge resto
Suggest you contact A&L, they have rebuilt items for the tire guage.
A sharp strong blate will remove the cover holding the plastic face; or have a jeweler remove it for you, it just like a watch rim. Ron |

Re: tire gauge resto
Brattons has replacement acrylic lens and replacement dial face plates available. The old yellowed plastic is easy to remove and replace with Brattons new lens.
