Sounds more complicated than it is, after you do it once or twice you should have the hang of it.

His photos are already hosted on Photobucket. His Photobucket setting was just off is all.

You're explaining how to resize photos that are on your hard drive. Not necessary if you are going to use Phtobucket to host your photos.
