That's the next step. Tried turning engine over with fan and no luck. Going to pull the plugs and try both the crank and pushing car in gear . Obviously a frozen or stuck engine creates an issue in terms of value. Still trying to establish a fair price for both parties. There is no sentimental attachment for the owner but he may have unrealistic value in mind. Won't commit to a price...wants an offer. We all know how that works sometimes.
