shock absorbers

hello -my 24 touring has "australian" shock aborbers per march 23, 2013 string by andre valkenaers on model t forum. i'm going to try post a picture but if i fail , there is a pictrure in the post. my question is: how do i lube the shackle? i can't find any lube point, thanks-------also some of the other oil points wth the caps are missing -i can't find these items in snyders--who sells them and are they just press in?
