on the 39 standard hood there is a little bracket ( for lack of real name ) that rides on the hood latch to keep it from opening when hood is closed and locked. I am looking for the small bracket. it has two probably 1/4 " holes to mount it on the inside of the hood. I will try to find a pic because my explanation isn't very good . thanks
it is part # 81a-16648-b.
