I know it's a pretty specific request. But if you know what I'm talking about you've seen them before.

I need two; they are 16"x5" wide-5 lug pattern, with slotted holes rather then the scalloped center that are on cars and light trucks.

Here is a picture of the wheel I need (this one has with a hubcap on it, please disregard cap). Again, it is a wide-5 lug pattern wheel, but it has slots instead of the typical 36-39 passenger car scalloped edge. It is a 16"x5" wheel.
