I had the coil and the condenser check underload when I had my distributor rebuilt. But keep the ideas coming. I am sure out of ideas

But how about when hot? load and engine temp is different animal.

Drop the muffler out and try it again. Run a wire up the exhaust pipe from muffler to engine looking for a blockage. Has the car been together long enough for rodents to full the muffler or pipes with debris? I took a car apart that had nuts packed all the way to the valves.
