Question Antenna Cable

Would anyone know where I could find an antenna cable that attaches to the chicken wire in the roof of my 36 3 window coupe? Or how to make one. The roof panel of my car is missing so I'm going to have to make a new antenna.

Rocky, the antenna cable is a shielded cable with the inner cable attaching to the chicken wire and the braided shielding cable being grounded to the chassis. Here are some images that might help.

If you are handy and can scrounge some RG58/U coax from a local ham, it will work fine.
It is not the exact same impedance as the original but WILL work for AM broadcast use.
Been there, done it.

Third Gen Automotive has the radio antenna wire with the connector to the radio, but it does not have the braided coaxial shield which could mean a change to include the shield as has been suggested by Pete.
