Hi
Any recommendations (part no.) on the best gasket to use for one of these Snyders 6:1 HC Heads?

Thanks

a-bone - Ken's answer was simply to suggest talking to the vendor (in this case Snyder's) since they produce the high compression head, and should be able to recommend the proper head gasket. Many people just don't think of that, or they are looking for more than one suggestion.

Thanks (a-bone newby) - Yes, you are correct. I was merely asking if anybody had a recommendation or part no. for a gasket with this HC head and Yes, (kenparker) I know I can call Don Snyders and I'm sure he would be suggesting one of his OWN gaskets, which isn't a problem - I just wanted OTHER peoples opinions.

This one: LINK Fits the 6.0 head correctly, kevlar reinforced graphite facing material mechanically bonded to both sides of a perforated steel core, steel fire rings. Use copper spray, retorque twice in first 100 miles. Doesn't seep coolant through the core like copper sandwich gaskets, much stronger at the siamese points.

I always use copper clad head gaskets and lots of Coppercoat spray.
