With the choke stuck closed I'm surprised you could keep it running let alone drive it. I'll have to agree with those that said you have an intake leak now. Dripping gas is pretty common on these animals but it's a problem that should be fixed quickly. I really doubt you need a rebuilt carb, for $25 and an hour or two of your time you can more than likely get your carb tuned right up and become more acquainted with your car at the same time. |

Check your oil level, shot in the dark but, I'm guessing you may be a little low.

Here is another shot of the pin you need. Plug the hole with a 5/16 X 1/2 course thread bolt Any longer and you risk hitting the timing gear. Put it on the list of things you need to find at a swap meet. Add your general location to your profile and someone can point you to good swap meets in your area.
