It depends on what kind of door "hardware" you are looking for.
If you want glass run tracts, insulators, etc., they are available from many vendors, LMC, NPD, Carpenter, Drake, etc., The list goes on and on.
You will find that most of the replacement parts are made off-shore and the quality is very suspect..
I have used window run channels and the related insulators from Carpenter and Drake on several F-100's, '59 through '79 with very good to excellent results.
If you need window operators, door latch assemblies, you might be well advised to see if you can find some on a truck that you can harvest.. I prefer to use original hard parts for the majority of my repairs.
For your info the Ford trucks, '73-79 are all the same..

If you want used, yes as said above. And - my son has 2 or 3 '73-'77 F150s he's been using as parts queens for his '76 resto. Let us know what you're needing, maybe we or someone here can fix you up.
