Default 54 flat head rad

changed lower rad hose and put 4 gallons anti freeze, now doesn't seem to be circulating
is there an easy way to get air out ???

Pull the upper hoses and fill until water begins to come out of the thermostat housings. Install the upper hoses and continue filling to within 2 inches of the radiator filler neck. Run the engine and observe when the thermostats open. You should see activity at that point.

thx got lucky this morning, when i started the car up it bled itself
now running at 180*
