Columbia 46 ford
Should the inside of vacuum cannister for the columbia rear end have a lubricant on the walls or just apply a light grease or lubricant to the rubber/leather plunger. Thought this may be good idea for sealing and easier movement for the plunger.

Marvel Mystery Oil works great also 3 in 1 oil is good.

I was told to use Marvel Mystery Oil. It has worked well for me.

Use marvel mystery oil.I have been using this for years.It is what Jon Conelly recomends. And he is the Columbia guru.
