Default 21 Stud Big Truck Air Cleaner

I believe this is an air cleaner from an early '30's Ford big truck with a V8 but I'm not positive. I don't know anything about it, it is the last of some parts that belonged to a friend of a friend who passed. He mainly was into 32-34 Fords.
