MODELTR Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2010 Posts: 20	Starter hums will not turn engine over. When I step on the starter it just hums.Will not turn the engine over.Replaced the starter with a rebuilt one same problem.Bench tested it and it works fine.I'm scatching my head.Any ideas? ThankS Tom
