53 Ford Parking Brake
This is the area where the brake cable comes through the firewall. I think I'm missing a piece here as there are two holes above the end of the cable cover, and the hole in the firewall is larger than the cable end. What am I missing here?

Missing a 'U' shaped bracket that bolts to the lower pair of holes on the firewall.
