Body Style Weights

I often see posts regarding the weights of various A body styles. Usually the responses are a variety of best guesses. I ran across this website today and thought it might be helpful for these requests:

You can enter the year and then select the body style to get a variety of basic specifications, including the weight of the particular style.

So....I'm wondering if others have looked at this website and whether the data out there seems credible.
