Default Gas tank options

My tank has typical rust for a car that sat 40 years in a barn and possibly a pin hole or two that I am not yet aware. I'm trying to understand my options for having a clean storage area for the fuel that will not require frequent filter cleaning. I've seen several discussions about etching, sealing, etc, but does anyone manufacture replacement gas tanks?

Nope. Thank you laywers. the only way that you can add tanks is to add a 32 style where it fits under the rear spare tire or saddle tanks like on hot rods.

Take tank out and clean it out and if there are holes in it have them welded up or send it to Brent and have him take it totally apart and restore it.
